When the team at Five Star Ford Dallas reached out to Digital Dealership System, they were looking for more than just replacement screens. The project also came with an important deadline. Five Star Ford Dallas was preparing for an event celebrating its recognition as the #1 Roush Dealer in 2025 and wanted the new systems installed and fully operational in time. Digital Dealership System met that timeline and helped ensure the upgraded displays were live and ready for the occasion.

Beyond digital signs throughout the store, Five Star Ford Dallas also added the DDS Sales Leaderboards and Fixed Ops Leaderboards. Management saw the value in moving beyond dry-erase boards and Google Sheets and upgrading to a modern, DMS-connected system that helps motivate frontline employees in real time.
With live leaderboard visibility, sales and fixed operations teams can better track performance, stay engaged with goals, and create more accountability across the dealership. Instead of waiting for reports, meetings, or manual updates, the team can now see where they stand throughout the day.
